The housing market, oh boy, where do I begin? Well, I don't, because I'm not even in the tax bracket of someone who can afford to be a part of that market. Do I scroll through Zillow and yearn? Of course, I am still a millennial. Alas, it is nothing I have firsthand knowledge of other than that I know prices are outrageous. But I sure can say I know a deal when I see one, especially because I am on a very small budget. I see a deal, and I jump for the opportunity to save.
A real estate agent recently shared a video where he is going through the house he is going to sell and finds a cute surprise. He hears tiny little meows and discovers a kitten stuck in the walls. Of course, he rescues the tiny baby and is able to get it adopted right away. However, soon after, he hears more meows and discovers five more kittens and a mama cat in the bathroom ceiling.
Remember when I said I know a good deal when I see one? Well, if a real estate agent were trying to sell me a house and threw in some free kittens if I sign, well, I'm in! Not that is a spectacular deal. A meowtastic one, actually!
Did this house sell? I have no idea. But did this purrfect furr family of kittens get rescued? Yes, they did, and that is all we can really ask for out of the housing market. Or, at least that's all I can ask for out of the housing market. Becoming a homeowner is out of the question for me… But being a cat mama is not!
So, in total, this real estate agent rescued 7 cats, 6 kittens, and a mama cat. He even made holes in the actual house he was trying to sell just to make sure these babies got out of their boarded-up situation. Not all heroes wear capes. Some are real estate agents trying to find you the best deal, like one where you can also rescue some cats in need.
